あらすじ

坂本竜馬が暗殺された京都河原町の近江屋跡は学生相手の下宿屋へと変化していた。 ダンスの学校に通うヒロインの前に竜馬がおりょうを連れて現れる。あの世から逃げて来たのである。 あの世へ帰るように必死に説得する勝海舟、桂小五郎、高杉晋作。追手はやはり新撰組。 竜馬らをあの世へ戻す騒動の中、何事にも無気力だったヒロインが竜馬に感化されて、才能を開花させて行く。しかしそのヒロインも何かのトラブルに巻き込まれたのか追われる身に…。 幕末、竜馬を斬った男を竜馬が検証しつつヒロインの命を救おうとあの手この手で奮闘する。そこにあの世の国境警備隊、新撰組が立ちはだかる。物語は感動のラストシーンへ向かう。 ２００４年の旗揚げ公演「アメリカ第５１番州ニッポン」のリメイク版。
