あらすじ

毎日ボロアパートで夢想に耽って過ごしている田山ツトムのもとに、珍客、魔法使いとその弟子が『あなたこそたった一人の世界の救世主です』と勝手に決めつ けて去っていきます。何がなんだかわからないままのツトムの前にお節介な隣人、手塚がツトムを翻弄。そして大家が家賃の取り立てにやってくる。そんな中 で、様々な悪党がツトムを狙っている。果たしてツトムは世界を救うことができるのか？そして、これは夢か現実か！？
